These terms and conditions govern the use of coupons, promotional codes, and discount vouchers (collectively, “Coupons”) issued by Technical Office for Trading (“TOFTrading,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”). By using a Coupon, you (“The Customer”) agree to be bound by these terms.
1. General Coupon Use
- 1.1. Validity: Coupons are only valid for purchases made through the official TOFTrading channels (e.g., website, app, or specified retail locations).
- 1.2. Single Use: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each Coupon is for single use only and cannot be reused or reactivated after an order has been successfully placed, canceled, or returned.
- 1.3. Non-Transferable: Coupons are non-transferable, not for resale, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
- 1.4. Expiration: Each Coupon has a specific expiration date. The Coupon must be used before or on the date specified. Expired Coupons will not be accepted.
- 1.5. Minimum Purchase: Where applicable, a Coupon may require a minimum purchase amount (excluding taxes, shipping, or other fees). This minimum must be met before the discount is applied.
- 1.6. Combination: Coupons cannot be stacked or combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers, unless otherwise specified in the Coupon’s specific terms.
2. Eligibility & Application
- 2.1. Product Exclusions: Some Coupons may be valid only for specific products, brands, or categories, and may exclude others (e.g., new arrivals, clearance items, or gift cards). Any exclusions will be noted on the Coupon or associated promotional material.
- 2.2. Customer Eligibility: Certain Coupons may be restricted to specific customer groups (e.g., first-time customers, returning customers, or loyalty members).
- 2.3. Correct Application: It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure the Coupon code is correctly entered and the discount is applied before completing the purchase. We are not obligated to honor discounts not applied at checkout.
3. Redemption, Cancellation, and Returns
- 3.1. Coupon Value: The Coupon reduces the total cost of the qualified items in the order. The Customer must pay any remaining balance.
- 3.2. Order Cancellation: If an order placed using a Coupon is canceled by the Customer or by TOFTrading, the Coupon is void and will not be reissued or refunded.
- 3.3. Returns/Refunds:
- If you return an item purchased with a Coupon, the refunded amount will be equal to the price paid for the item, minus the prorated value of the Coupon.
- The Coupon itself will not be refunded or reissued.
- If the return causes the original order value to drop below a required minimum purchase threshold for the Coupon, the discount may be nullified and the refund amount adjusted accordingly.
4. Modification and Termination
- 4.1. Right to Withdraw: TOFTrading reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the use of any Coupon or promotional offer at any time, without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
- 4.2. Misuse: Any attempt to manipulate, abuse, or fraudulently use a Coupon will result in the Coupon being rendered void, and TOFTrading reserves the right to cancel any orders associated with such activity.
5. Specific Terms
- 5.1. Conflict: Where a Coupon has its own specific terms (e.g., specified minimum spend, product exclusion, or unique expiry date), those specific terms will apply in addition to these General Terms & Conditions. In the event of a conflict, the specific Coupon terms shall prevail.
- 5.2. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
