Shipping
We ship our products all across Egypt. For orders that exceed 3,000 EGP from customers in Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria shipping is free. Also for orders that Exceed 4,000 EGP from customers in Canal, Delta, and Upper Egypt cities shipping is free.
Shipping prices are determined based on item weight. To calculate shipping, please add products to your card, then proceed to checkout and fill in your address, shipping fees will be calculated accordingly.
Returns
Our returns and refund policy lasts 14 days according to the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received. It must also be in the original packaging and with its factory seal.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Goods that are sold unsealed such as accessories and spare parts or products that contain liquids or flammable substances such as equipment cleaning materials cannot be returned.

- Gift cards
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within 7 to 14 business days.
Sale Items
If an item was purchased on sale and a refund is approved, you’re only eligible for a refund worth the price you bought the item for. You’re not eligible for a full-price refund.
Exchanges
For factory-defected items, our exchange policy extends to 30 days according to the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. You’re eligible for a full refund if we don’t have stock for exchange. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, your product won’t be eligible for exchange and will be processed within the normal warranty repairs procedure.
